We kicked off another project last week in the beautiful hinterland town of Cooroy. This project involved a full custom landscape package for a new build in which we incorporated a few of our favourite materials into the job which range from recycled railway sleepers, spotted gum decking, Basalt steppers, crushed decorative granite and a mix between native and tropical planting.

First up we had to focus on getting all the levels right for the Gardens in order to create a flat space for our clients children to play. The fill we cut from the boundary fencing and the holes dug were reused in the back yard to bring the heights up, minimising the need to remove anything from site. Once levels were set, boundary fences were erected in order to create perimeters and shape the actual layout of the garden

We are a sucker for rustic, recycled and natural looking materials. And the team up at Grow Landscape yard in Pomona have an inspiring array of materials and we try to incorporate them as much as possible into our work. We have used quality railway sleepers as vege gardens to create a natural looking space for our clients to grow some vegetables, we cant wait to see some colour in there!
Over the next week we will be constructing a curved Spotted gum deck off the main alfresco area which will complete stage 1 of this project. Stay tuned with more photos to come
